You may have noticed that the pepperoni pizza is different than it used to be. Unfortunately due to supply chain issues we were not able to get our normal pepperoni. We substituted this with an amazing product from Salumeria Belliese. The size and texture was different so we broke it back down into sausage. We think its pretty awesome.

This one is proudly made with pureed garlic scapes from the south fork of Long Island. Garlic scapes are one our favorite things to put on pizza. Garlic scapes grow from hardneck garlic bulbs, and farmers trim them because they draw energy away from the forming bulbs. They taste sweet, like a chive or scallion, with a more mild—but familiar—garlicky zing.
